National Championship Air Races has arrived in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 as part of Sim Update 7. The free expansion includes the Reno and Roswell venues, four pylon racing categories and STOL drag racing.
Pilots can run time trials, organise multiplayer races or join existing races. Optional wear-and-tear simulation makes engine management part of the competition.
A separate paid Racer Pack 1 adds 40 named racing aircraft across the Unlimited, Jet, T-6 and Biplane classes. That aircraft pack is separate from the free racing expansion. Check the in-sim Marketplace for current local pricing.
