RaceRoom Racing Experience's Historic Update 2026 arrived on Tuesday 20 October. RaceRoom revealed the content on Grid Talk Episode 10 and on its official channels, and it is calling it the biggest update in RaceRoom history.
Super Touring cars. Two icons of 1990s touring car racing join the game: the Peugeot 406 and the Ford Mondeo.
Group 2 cars. Two classic small cars arrive in the Group 2 class: the Abarth 1000 TCR and the Mini Cooper S Mk3.
Four classic circuits. The update adds Spa-Francorchamps in its 1995 layout, Laguna Seca Historic, Fliegerhorst Wunstorf and the Glasbachrennen hill climb.
More to come in the update. Ahead of launch, RaceRoom also promised major new features alongside the new cars and tracks. Check the official patch notes for the full list.
Why it matters. Historic racing is one of RaceRoom's strengths, and Super Touring has a big following among sim racers. Pairing those cars with period layouts like Spa 1995 makes this one of the most complete historic packs in any sim right now.
