GT7: Fanatec Gran Turismo Eifel Cup is open now

The Fanatec Gran Turismo Eifel Cup, a global online time trial in Gran Turismo 7, opened on Monday 2 November at 12:00 GMT and runs until 11:59 GMT on Monday 16 November. Everyone drives the Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) '22 on the Nürburgring GP circuit, on Racing Hard tyres with Balance of Performance on, tuning prohibited and specified car settings. Wall contact or a shortcut invalidates the lap. You enter through Online Time Trials in the Sport pavilion on the GT7 World Map.

The top-ranked player in each of the three regions (Europe, Middle East and Africa, which includes the UK; the Americas; and Asia-Oceania) can choose a Fanatec Gran Turismo DD Pro (8Nm) wheel or a Fanatec Podium Pedals Sport pedal set. Players under 18 can take part too, but to win a prize you need to be 18 or over when the event begins and live in one of the listed countries or territories, and players in Japan aren't eligible for prizes. RaceRoom Super Touring Championship Season 2 starts on Thursday

The RaceRoom Super Touring Championship is back for Season 2 on Thursday 5 November, with €5,000 in prizes. DCS World Halloween Sale ends on Sunday
