Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 pilots can now fly the Airbus A321LR. Microsoft announced on Tuesday 20 October that the aircraft, originally made by iniBuilds for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, is now available in the MSFS 2020 in-sim Marketplace.
Where can you get it? The A321LR is on the Marketplace inside the sim, on both PC and Xbox Series X|S. Microsoft lists the price as $14.99. A UK price hasn't been given, so check the Marketplace in the sim for the price in pounds.
What is the A321LR? The A321LR is the longer-range member of Airbus's A320 family. Microsoft describes it as a jet used on routes such as transatlantic flights, bringing long-haul flying to a single-aisle airliner, and says more than 200 had been delivered by 2026.
Why it matters. A lot of simmers still fly MSFS 2020, especially on Xbox, so bringing an aircraft from MSFS 2024 back to the older sim gives them a modern narrowbody for longer routes without having to upgrade.
Where would you take it first?
